Master Plumber Kieran Lyons has done several plumbing projects at our house since joining the Swift Pro team and before. All projects were done on time and with the highest level of professionalism. The price quoted was the amount I paid. When Kieran left , the work site was spotless.Indira from the office side of things communicated perfectly making sure everything went smoothly. We had a mini split ac/heat unit installed. They were here when they said they would be, were very professional, and did a very nice job.

We had Kieran over again for some plumbing repairs and, as always, he was super efficient and did a great job. We always enjoy chatting with him about shared experiences in Ireland.

I used SwiftPro in April 2025 to replace a gas furnace and a traditional A/C unit with a heat pump. It was a really, really good experience from first to last. The gentleman who inspected my old equipment and prepared estimates for me (Tyler) was nice, professional, knowledgeable, and not at all sales-y, which I appreciated. He answered all my questions and was quick to follow up when he didn’t know, rather than guessing or making something up. (I talked to FIVE other companies, but picked SwiftPro. Believe me when I say that not every company was the same.) The installation crew (David, Oscar, Mike) was superb - prompt, professional, thorough, respectful of my home, friendly, and really good to work with. I asked a bunch of follow-up questions, and they answered every one to my satisfaction. You can’t ask for much more than that, in my opinion. Their prices were reasonable (again, I compared six vendors - I made sure!), and I would gladly recommend them to anyone in the greater Fairfax/Alexandria area without reservation. I hope not to need them again, but if I did, I would call them in a heartbeat.

They managed to come the same day that I called about a leak which was helpful. They cut into my ceiling (where the leak was coming from), identified it, and was able to fix it there and then. Much appreciated and seemed a reasonable price.

I had an outstanding experience with SwiftPro! They installed a new Trane AC system and performed duct cleaning, and I couldn't be more impressed. The team arrived exactly on time at 8 a.m., and the four technicians worked seamlessly together, showing exceptional coordination.They were incredibly friendly and courteous, patiently answering all my questions and providing a clear timeline for completing the job. David and Oscar took care of installing the new condenser outside and the coil inside, while Alex and Aaron handled the duct cleaning with professionalism and expertise.SwiftPro also offered a very competitive price, making the whole process even more satisfying. I’m thrilled with the results and will absolutely consider them for future HVAC improvements.

Service technician Aaron K provided excellent service servicing cleaning my dryer vent. He was meticulous cleaning up dryer vent with specialized vacuum system and answered all my questions. I would definitely use swift pro again and am happy with the results.

Honest and trustworthy advice received on managing a leak upstream that exceeded the scope of this company. We were given recommendations for contacting Fairfax Water and suggestions for improving outdated plumbing valves in the future (after this expensive problem is solved). They also provided advice on items that should be included in our requests for estimates. Very helpful, highly recommended!

SwiftPro replaced our Heat Pump that serviced the 2nd story of our home with a new Inverter Heat Pump. The air handler was in the attic which makes for a difficult install. David, the lead tech/installer, and his assistants on the job were on time, very professional, took all necessary precautions to protect the residence during the install, kept me informed of their plan and progress, and completed the install on time. Moises is SwiftPro's service manager and he made the initial inspection, diagnosing the problem with the heat pump that was replaced. I was very pleased with David, Moises and SwiftPro personnel. I recommend Swiftpro.

We’ve used SwiftPro for installing a humidifier at our home. They are pretty responsive and have been very fair and reasonable when it comes to their pricing .Alex definitely was very patient in addressing all of our questions and walked us through the various humidifier options available and what’s the optimal option based on budget , size of home and type of use . This was followed by Efrain’s attention to detail and meticulousness during the installation process .Highly recommend and would be in the top of list for the next project

Needed an Acorn stair chair system removed and taken away, also a chandelier my parents had put up, taken down and the original replaced. Eddie and his helper( sorry, can’t remember his name) came and took care of our needs competently and with great customer service. Thank you so very much for the assistance that was needed. We were delighted with Swiftpro’s speedy professional services. As owners of an older condominium unit, we are becoming increasingly accustomed to leaks, clogs and general plumbing disorders. A good hallmark of a reliable, reputable service company are the customers who return. We recently had repairs to our hall bathroom sink/toilet and we definitely plan to return to Swiftpro for any future plumbing events.

From initial inquiry to the final product, SwiftPro has been amazing! Imagine the panic during the coldest winter the DMV has experienced in a few years, and your HVAC blower starts vibrating and making all sorts of "I'm about to quit" sounds...and your 86-year-old mother is in your charge. Yeah, that was the panic I had when I met Tyler Griffin and his SwiftPro team. Tyler's review of our old system and subsequent presentation of the options to replace it were spot-on and immediately calming. Lucky me, I already wanted a Trane, and it was an easy move to obtain the financing through SwiftPro as well. Painless! We opted for a duct cleaning, too, and oh, it was so worth it! Hard working crew that removed old system and installed new system in a professional manner.

Recently had a very positive experience with SwiftPro. Needed to replace a bathroom sink faucet/handles. Within a few hours, I received both a response to my text request as well as a fair and reasonable $ estimate. Work was scheduled a few days later and the plumber they scheduled to do the work, Kiernan Lyons, was outstanding. I will definitely keep these folks on my To Do list!

This is a legitimate five-star review from a satisfied customer, as you can see from the attached photos. The first one shows the installed furnace followed by one of Aaron, Oscar and David posing by the Trane heat pump outside (Alex had already left). The third is David and Oscar working on my ductless mini-split heat pump. The last image shows the exterior unit of the ductless mini-split installed in my garage.The whole crew were very skilled, efficient and friendly. They went the extra mile to insure a satisfied customer. Alex came to my house and gave me the initial quote. After I had received several other quotes, Alex and the owner Tyler came back and made me an offer better than my current HVAC company. Tyler also added the mini-split heat pump I wanted and duct cleaning to the same low price.Two weeks later on March 11, 2025, David, Oscar, Aaron and Alex showed up early and had the new Trane heat pump and furnace installed within the time appointed. Next day, David showed up right on time and Oscar came a few minutes later. They had the interior and exterior units of the Friedrich ductless mini-split heat pump installed in my garage before lunch.I am extremely satisfied with the equipment, the installation and the duct cleaning of the SwiftPro crew. Completely satisfied with furnace replacement. Tyler was on the phone back and forth to make sure I received the service I need and he also tried to work with me to fit with my budget. David and Oscar did excellent job to get the project done and made sure everything meet the requirements. They removed the old furnace and replaced the new one. Also, they helped to install and set up new thermostat. They made sure to clean up before they left.After the first amazing impression with them, I went ahead to have a duct cleaning schedule again. Very happy with my experience with SwiftPro. I had hired Kieran’s team before when he was at the Irish Plumber, so that is how I found SwiftPro (they merged).I called at 8am today about our malfunctioning sump pump and immediately got a live person on the line (Jay). The plumber, Kieran, was at my house around 1:30pm and got the work done (new sump pump) in about an hour.There was a mix up at first where a HVAC tech came instead of a plumber, but Kieran came right over and was there 20 min after they realized the mistake.Moises (HVAC tech), Kieran (plumber), and Jay (dispatcher) were all very kind, efficient, and professional. I’m confident that the work was done well at a fair price.

Alex showed up on time and gave me a good explanation of the work that was needed and an estimate that seemed fair given how much plumbers get on an hourly basis. He also was careful to point out potential problems with old valves that had not been moved for 30 years and the fact they may need to be replaced if they failed.

Called these guys for some plumbing work. A previous plumber had said that in order to reach the part of the pipe that was leaking, he would have to take apart some brick work & that I would need to call in a mason after to put it back together. The technician that SwiftPro sent, Eddy, assessed the situation and was able to get to the pipe through drywall instead, saving me money and headache. He was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to really show me where the problem was. Great service overall.

The valve system on one of toilets gave up the ghost a week or so ago. We contacted Kieren, the Irish Plumber and now at SwiftPro. We had used him years ago, knew he was very competent, so called on him again. And -- yes! --- he came over, repaired our toilet promptly and left us with a few suggestions about how to track down an apparent leak in our outdoor water line. [Sigh.]

Excellent HVAC service for a fair and reasonable price. Moises Rojas fixed my home’s whole house humidifier, which I had no idea wasn’t working for over two years since moving into this house, and now the air in my home is very comfortable.

Swift Pro gave me excellent service when my boiler needed to be replaced during the polar vortex. Alex Hittle came quickly, consultedith their boiler specialist, and replaced my boiler quickly. Alex even managed to change their schedule, with the kind permission of their other customer so that I could have heat again in the freezing weather.Alex noticed that I also needed an expansion tank for my hot water heater and installed that as well so I would be up to code. There was excellent communication from the office throughout the work and everything was cleaned up each time there were repairs. I highly recommend this company.

Swift Pro is amazing! Our water heater broke and our neighbor recommended I call Tyler. Tyler came out within 3 hours of our initial call and priced out a replacement. They were able to replace both water heaters the next day. Although they said we would be without water for 5-6 hours, they were done in 4. The crew was very conscientious, efficient and responsive. Very good communication and professional working attitude. They provide me an assessment quickly and I am surprised to see Alex came to my home after he finished his previous work in the late afternoon!

These guys are amazing. They don’t try to rip you off or upsell you and they do quality work. I had them install an external 4” air filter housing on the return ducting for my basement air handler. The quote was reasonable, communication was great, the work was done quickly, and the quality of the job was top-notch. The technician, David, was friendly and educated, as well. Overall, I am extremely pleased with the entire experience and would happily recommend SwiftPro to friends and family (already have, actually).

The draft inducer motor on my furnace was failing. They were able to get out same day to look at it. Ordered parts and got a new one installed quickly. The technicians were on time, responsive, and well equipped. Fairly priced too. I have nothing but good things to say.

We have done a lot of work with these guys over the past month or so and been very pleased with their work and dedication to customer service. We were deciding between 3 different companies to solve a number of issues in our home including air quality and issues with our gas heat. The selling point for us was that the owner Tyler and one of his technicians Efrain came by to discuss all of our needs and how they might be able to help and we felt that they really thought through our problem and appeared more determined to resolve it than any other company that quoted us. They were also reasonably priced and we didn't feel it was high pressure sales at all. Most companies just want your money and aren't really interested in building a customer relationship. We did not feel that way with Tyler and his team. Tyler is very upfront and it's clear that he wants to solve the problem and build a long term relationship.We ended up going with a Mitsubishi inverter heat pump system, an Aprilaire fan powered humidifier, and a Fantech ERV, the latter of which I had researched and purchased and a piece of equipment very few companies in the area know how to do. The guys worked until 8 or 9pm getting everything running. And after installation Efrain came back to do the air balancing. A day or so later when we had an issue with our water heater because you can't have a gas water heater venting out an unlined chimney or it becomes an "abandoned water heater" and backdrafts, Tyler's team came back immediately, took out all our remaining gas lines and installed our new electric water heater the same day.Since then, the air quality in our house (which is an older home) is absolutely excellent. Our old house smell is gone. Even our house cleaner commented. The CO2 is at super low levels and was always high with our gas appliances and with even just a few occupants in the house. And the VOCs are generally always low as well, even often when cooking.We would highly recommend this particular system set up. It won't be as hot if you're coming from natural gas but it's very comfortable and it's excellent if you have air quality issues.Most importantly these guys are really top notch in terms of customer service (regardless of the system you go with) and will be our new hvac company from this point forward. We've already recommended them to neighbors experiencing the same issues and we'd highly recommended giving them your business.

Contacted SwiftPro because our HVAC system was buzzing. Moises arrived promptly. He quickly discovered that it was not an HVAC problem; it was a problem with the humidifier. He eliminated the buzzing sound (by disconnecting the humidifier) and gave us estimates for going forward with a new humidifier. Very friendly.

Called in the morning for a broken furnace. The technician came out same day. David was very knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely use SwiftPro for our furnace maintenance in the future as well.

I wanted a whole-home humidifier installed because of how dry it gets in the winter. Alex from SwiftPro came out the same week and gave me a free quote laying out all the available options and prices. He was straightforward and genuine, and recommended a mid-tier unit based on the size of my home. David M. came out the following week and installed an AprilAire 720 in just a few hours. He went above and beyond to make sure the unit fit and was working properly! Now my home humidity is at a comfortable level!
